I am Sampa, a facilitator in discovering Your Truth

- I want to help you deep dive below the surface so that we can unveil What Is Your Truth?
- 10 years ago, I had to look at my own Truth. The source of my stories stemmed from grief, unhealthy boundaries and poor business decisions and partnerships. I started to do the inner work by looking at myself in the mirror and showing up with Truth. With authenticity. I will help you see your Truth because I’ve been there. I want you to be seen for who you are. “SEE ME FOR MY TRUTH”
- I will be your advocate as we work together through challenges, difficult decisions and/or breakthroughs. And yes, there will be pain because I am here for your Transformation NOT Information!
- During coaching sessions, I will be listening to understand in order to ignite your purpose, voice and passion. Let’s take your personal and/or business life to the next level!
- Side note: I’m a Montrealer who meditates and loves to be out in nature. I’m happiest being near a body of water. I love dancing to all kinds of music, baking and reading!
What I do
I am a Neuro-Transformational coach which means I incorporate methods of neurological change with tools to create transformative shifts. Shifts you will feel in your mind, body and soul. Transformation cannot occur without Disruption. My sessions will facilitate a transformation that won’t happen with convenience, but with the immersion in the work required to liberate yourself. This is how breakthroughs happen.
With neuro-transformational coaching I will help guide you to:
- Explore various limitations or limiting beliefs you may have
- Focus on controllable actions not the outcomes. The results will follow.
- Align and empower yourself to make changes in your personal and/or business life by creating a supportive and personalized approach

- Alleviate dental fear using tools I have developed from 27 years’ experience as a dentist
